​SalemBridge Engages with a Creamistry Franchisee in a Strategic Advisory Role

SalemBridge Capital Advisors is pleased to announce it has been engaged by a Creamistry franchisee client in the Southern California region to provide strategic advisory services around its development and expansion initiatives. This engagement will focus on the acquisition of additional locations built around a comprehensive location strategy centered-around high traffic areas that will maximize company exposure. The engagement will also focus on sourcing additional capital in order to fund its growth and expansion initiatives while at the same time implementing the most appropriate capital structure that will lower the firm’s cost and increase the firm’s overall value. Other areas of focus will be on restructuring its balance sheet, utilizing its core assets and reducing unnecessary costs and expenses that will add an estimated additional 20% to the bottom line.
